I am...
...a lover of all that is art - any form, whether it be written, audio, or visual.
...a little quirky. I have a lot of pet peeves, not the least of which is horrendous grammar. I also can't stand it when people's collars are messed up.
...a student of the mind. I enjoy watching people and finding out how they work, what makes them tick, etc.
...a singer/actress. More of a singer than an actress, but I must say that I enjoy a good musical as much as almost anything.
...very likely to burst into song at any given point with or without prior notice.
...a fairly good student. I do, however, tend to favor the subjects I'm worse in. For instance: I'm really okay at Math (algebra, more specifically), but I hate it, just because I don't have to work at it. You see?
...a poet. Aren't we all, though? With the exception of a few, most people have or do write some form of poetry at some point in their lives. I realize that many would consider me emo for such an admittance, but oh well.
...a reader. I LOVE BOOKS! I mainly read fantasy and Science Fiction, but I've been known to pick up a sappy romance novel and whatnot. I tend to like books focusing on a power-play more than just the action scenes. I really liked Dune for this reason. If it has an elf or faery in it, I'll probably like it too.
...a connoisseur of the English language. My nickname is actually "Webster" because I tend to use words that many people don't know. It's probably from reading so much, but I don't really know.
...a music fanatic! If you like something, let me listen to it and I'll probably like it too, unless it's like hardcore rap or something. I even like some country music, go figure.
...a person who loves a good debate. My friend and I have been known to debat about everything from A-Z! Not the least of these topics is God/how the universe was formed. The thing about a debate is that it can turn into an argument very easily. That's probably one of the reasons I love him so much, we both know how to agree to disagree and leave it at that.
...someone who loves a good time. This doesn't necessarily entail a party, but it very well may. It could be dancing and making a fool of myself in a public place with a group of friends who are just as insane as I am, or going to a good book-discussion or art show, or even having a drink or two and trying not to let my parents find out. That's the real fun of it, not getting caught. ;)
...a very blunt person. I tend to tell people what I think, no holds barred, and it sorta gets me in trouble sometimes. I'm not known to be speechless, but I have been knocked off my feet a few times.
...a very blatant person. Now, before you say, "hey, that's the same as the one above," let me explain. I don't like to hide my personality. anymore. I'm through with all that stuff, I now just let people see me for who I am, and if they don't like it, screw them, you know? I still care what people think and understand that there are some things that are innappropriate to say/do in certain situations, I'm just not going to mold myself to society's expectations anymore.
...an achiever. I like the feeling of accomplishment. When I'm feeling down now, I just do something I'm good at. That way, it not only gets something done, but makes me feel better too! yay! That way, everyone's happy.
...a lover. I love easily to begin with. I don't like to judge people until I have watched them and seen what they can do, analyzed them, basically. I don't hate easily unless a serious transgression has been committed against me or one of my close friends. When I love someone, as I do many people, the worst thing you could possibly do to me is hurt them. Once you have hurt me, I don't forgive easily. I wish I did, but there's no point in lying to myself.
...a long-winded writer. If you have read this far, kudos to you. If not, then...oh well.
